Older airport products to be discontinued

We realize that the following news will not be good news for some of our clients, but from a business point of view, this can no longer be ignored.

Since the release of the new Microsoft Flight Simulator in 2020, we have noticed a steady decline in sales for Flight Simulator X, Prepar3D and X-Plane airports. It has now reached a stage where a choice must be made and that is why we have decided to continue developing airports for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 only, moving forward.

From early next year, we will therefore be removing all our Microsoft Flight Simulator X, Prepar3D and X-Plane airport packages from our website and only sell the airports we develop for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020. If you have bought any of these older airports from us in the past, then they will remain on your account downloads, until you request them to be removed.

We do realise that this is not good news for some, but to continue down a road where there is little to no return on the time we invest in the development of an airport package for these simulators is not good. We need to be able to pay our bills and Microsoft Flight Simulator X, Prepar3D and X-Plane and we cannot do that with the income that is being generated by the sales generated by Microsoft Flight Simulator X, Prepar3D and X-Plane.

We sincerely apologize to all those who will be affected by this, but it is time for us to move forward. We hope that you will understand.
