Before you send your support question, please consider the following:

  • Please be as descriptive with your problem as possible. The more detail you give us, the better we can help you! A screen shot of the problem in JPG format is worth a 1000 words!
  • Please tell us what version of Flight Simulator you have (FSX, FSX Steam Edition, Prepar3D and the version, X-Plane and the version).
  • If you have FSX installed, then we need to know if you have installed the FSX Service Packs or the Acceleration Pack installed.
  • Do not forget to include the version of Windows you are running (XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8 or Windows 10).
  • Your system specifications will also be of great help if you know what it is. (Intel Core I5, 8Gb RAM etc)
