We are proud to announce the release of Ysterplaat Air Force Base for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024.
Unlike the previous version of this airport for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020, this airport is for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 only, which means that it has all those nice features available in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024! You will see small flowers on the ground, textures that blends seamlessly into the background, dirt marks and cracks on the taxiways and runways, just too many to name! Needless top day that this version of the airport is no longer compatible with Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020.
We have updated the photo real ground layer to better match the airport surroundings.
We have also updated the trees around the airport with much more detailed models.
We have also updated and replaced the models for the people around the airport.
This airport also fully utilises the Level Of Detail (LOD) System in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 to makes it much better on the framerate than the older version.
If you would like to upgrade to this new version, then we are offering a R50 upgrade discount to ease the upgrade to this new version.
Before upgrading, please log into your account on our website. Once logged in, go to the products section and select the Flight Simulator 2024 products from the menu. All the airports you have bought previously will show up as “on sale” with a discounted price. Those are the upgrade discounts you qualify for.
