We are proud to announce the release of our FAOR Johannesburg International Airport for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024.
Unlike the previous version of this airport for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020, this airport is for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 only, which means that it has all those nice features available in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024! You will see small flowers on the ground, textures that blends seamlessly into the background, dirt marks and cracks on the taxiways and runways, just too many to name!
We have made a few updates to this airport since the Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 version.
We have redesigned the general aviation area between the hangars. It now contains the hangars of all the companies that operate from there with their respective company logos.
We have updated the photo real ground layer to better match the airport surroundings.
We have added more detail around the airport in the form of parked vehicles, parked aircraft and trees.
This airport also fully utilises the Level Of Detail (LOD) System in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 to makes it much better on the framerate than the older version.

Before upgrading, it is important to log into your account on our website first. The products you have bought before can only be accessed and the upgrade discount calculated once you are logged in. Once logged in, go to the products section and select the Flight Simulator 2024 products from the menu. All the airports you have bought previously will show up as “on sale” with a discounted price.
