Before you send your support question, please consider the following:
- Before requesting support, please browse though our FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) section first. many of the common questions asked by our clients are listed here many with pictures to help you.
- When you send in a question, please be as descriptive with your problem as possible. The more detail you give us, the better we can help you!
- If possible, please send us a screen shot of the problem in JPG format. A picture can describe a problem like nothing else can!
- Please include what version of Flight Simulator you have (FSX, FSX Steam Edition, Prepar3D or X-Plane).
If you have a user account on our system, then all the support tickets you have registered before will be listed on your account page after you SIGN IN on your account.
