We offer upgrades on older products at a reduced cost to our clients depending on the age of the package. If the package you have is older than three years, then an upgrade may not be possible.
To check if you qualify for an upgrade, simply log into your account on our website and then browse the PRODUCTS section of our website without logging off. Airports that you can upgrade to, will show a reduced price and be marked by the words SALE. This is not a sale product, but our system does not have a function to distinguish between upgrades and sales. Any product with a reduces price is automatically marked as a sale whether it is a sale item or not.
Our system also allows for Cross Platform Upgrading. This means that if you have a Flight Simulator X version of an airport, but you would like to get the Prepar3D or the X-Plane version of the same airport, then you can do that at a reduced cost as well.
As always, we try to make upgrades on our airports free of charge as much as we can, but sometimes the time spend on these upgrades if of such that a payment is needed to cover the costs involved. You are under no obligation to upgrade your scenery when a new version is released. You can skip one version and upgrade with the next version. The choice to upgrade or not is entirely with you.
If you have purchased any of our products from one of our re-sellers, then we can transfer these orders for you to our system. All you must do is to fill in the Request transfer of orders from a reseller form for us and we will take it from there.
Do not hesitate to contact us should you have any questions regarding the upgrade of your older sceneries.
